License Agreement1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between MAKSYM SHEVCHENKO ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee") of Theosis ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree to the terms, they should not use the App.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not modify, distribute, sell, or perform any other actions with the App not explicitly allowed by this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents are owned by the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws. The Licensee is granted the license to use the App but does not acquire any rights to the App or its content.

5. Termination

The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the Licensee violates any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the App will meet the Licensee's requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By using the App, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
